We are the masters of consumer insight, of understanding what makes people tick, of understanding what makes people do what they do, and using that to benefit brands. We come from a business of getting people to do things they had originally no intention of doing. 

URGE is designed so that it can operate on a very lean core team, so that the business can grow in scale without our team and our resources having to grow in scale with it. 

We demand extraordinary talent. So we will work with extraordinary talent wherever we find it. We have a core team based in Copenhagen and a network of experts from all around Europe. We work together with Spoiled Milk, Kantt, The Product, Hyper Island. Obviously we come together at key points of the process, but therefore we don't need an office. We work out of our apartments, out of cafes, hotel lobbies, and we go to our clients offices. We are a very future forward venture. 

Our business model is grounded in the brand- and business user proposition. We designed our business user experience and interface in such a way that we designed out the shit, and that we designed only the good stuff. We want to have it as a fantastic working experience for both sides.  

Our process is simple and banal:
1. With our clients, we identify the core questions (core issues, first principles) they face 2. and establish shared positions (agenda) 3. from which we collectively evaluate the digital proposals that follow.
